HotForex PAMM Terms and Conditions

  1. The Leverage for all PAMM Accounts is 1:200
  2. Existing accounts cannot be switched to PAMM accounts. In order for a client (Fund Manager or Investor) to access the PAMM service a new account has to be opened. This does not require any additional documentation for clients that already have an account with HotForex.
  3. The minimum Capital for an Investor PAMM account is 500 USD.
  4. Performance fees, Management fees and Investor Profit Taking from and to PAMM Accounts are done on the first day of the new month. Please note that PAMM Accounts refers both to Fund Managers and Investors PAMM accounts.
  5. Deposits are made within 24 hours.
    The following actions are performed every first day of the new month:
    1. Monthly Trading results are updated and fixed;
    2. Fees are calculated and paid to the Manager;
    3. Withdrawal requests are processed;
    4. Accounts information are updated on the company's website.
  6. In the case an investor wants to remove his account from under a manager the investor will need to alert the PAMM department by sending an email to PAMM@hotforex.com nd the removal will be confirmed via email.
  7. Internal Transfers are considered as withdrawals from the account. Therefore, in the case that there are open trades in the sub account, the trades will be closed at the prevailing market prices at the time of the sub account internal transfer. Please note that the internal transfer might take up to 24 hours and the investor will receive a confirmation via email.

  9. HF Markets (HotForex) is not aligned to any Manager and is simply providing the platform from which PAMM accounts are managed. HF Markets does not endorse or recommend any PAMM account and is not liable for negative trading performance.
  10. The leverage of PAMM Master accounts with a balance greater than $100,000USD will automatically become 1:100.
  11. Success Fees are based on a 'High Watermark' regime.
  12. PAMM Master Accounts that do not add at least one funded PAMM Investor account within 1 week will be removed from the website listing. Fund Manager should inform the PAMM deparment by email to pamm@hotforex.com if account has been funded in order to list removed account on the website.
